Privacy and terms

What we collect

If you request a quotation we store your name, email address, phone number and, where you give one, your firm’s name, type and GSTIN, along with the items and quantities you asked about and any note you add. If you use the contact form we store what you typed into it. If you create an account we store your email address and a hashed password — never the password itself.

Why we hold it

To price your request, to send you the quotation, and to keep a record of what was quoted and agreed. A quotation is a commercial record and is kept as one.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and, where you have asked for WhatsApp updates, the WhatsApp Business platform, both only to deliver messages to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Removing your details

Write to sales@laxmiindustriesnoida.com and we will remove your personal details. Quotations themselves survive as commercial records, with your personal information cleared from them and any free-text note you added deleted.

Terms of quotation

Prices shown on product pages are indicative MRP and exclude GST. They are not an offer. A quotation we send you is the offer: it states the price per line, the GST applied and a validity date, and it lapses on that date. Accepting a quotation on this site records your acceptance; it does not take payment. Goods remain subject to availability.
